Very poor service at MTN Birch Acres
Good day,
We have experienced very, very, very bad service at MTN in Birch Arces mall. We went there on Saturday for assistance regarding the Sim swarp. David phone was ****** and this guy is using his number. A consultant advised that we need to do an affidavit and certified copy for them to assistance with cancelation and Sim swarp. We did as required and provided all. At first she said the first Sim card we bought is not okay. We bought another and she advised us that it's done and the new Sim with his old number will work from 17:00 on Sunday. To our surprise the guy is still using the number. Meaning the cancelation was not done and Sim swarp.

I would like to acknowledge Nonhlanhla from 1st MTN in Mall of Africa. On the 9th of August 2021 we decided to go back and inquire again but the staff was unhelpful. So I requested to the ID and Affidavit to be returned. We went to mall of Africa and found Nonhlanhla she took more steps to make sure that we are assisted. She explained to us what Wil happen now the sim swarp is done. Thank you so much for your dedication and great service. Keep it up and continue to assist willingly. We'll done Nonhlanhla.
