Very Poor service at MTN

I have been a loyal customer of Mtn for the past 20+ but I'm fed up with the deteriorating and awful service I've received in the past week. My number was suspended every day I phone the service desk I'm told it's resolved but still can't use the number. Numerous escalations done to the back office support and many references provided but no resolution and my number still not reinstated. Worst experience ever, even resorting to port the number to a different network and cancel the contract I have with MTN perhaps I'll receive much superior service there
