Very poor service

MTN does not care about their customers they are just in the business of making money and don’t care who gets ****ed over in the process.

I’ve been having an issue with my WiFi connection since last month and they assured me it would be switched on by the 1st of January. Not them telling me now that the contract was cancelled and give me the run around to say my payment has not reflected when I send the proof of payment.

Like what **** is MTn running!!! At this point I just would like my money back.
