Very poor service.

Doing an upgrade every year with out fail is a disaster with MTN Store - General Hertzog Street Every time I do an grade there is always no stock or some excuse. This year the same again. What irritates the most is the attitude and non wiliness to go the extra mile or have basic work ethics. ordered a phone middle of September. Its the end of October now. still nothing. no phone calls, no messages to keep me updated. when i go to enquire i get told nothing. Get told by the sales Lady Conie. good luck on finding stock. with a smerk on her face.
