Very Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with MTN... logged a call on the 01-04 regarding R5000 that was debited from my account for a contract that did not belong to me.... 12 days later when I call.... they tell me the call was not directed to the right department by the consultant at MTN therefore they will give me another reference number and I must wait 5 working days for the call to be attended to... extremely disappointing...
