Very poor service

I'm so tired of Mtn. I had a wifi contract with them became unemployed and couldn't afford it. I then missed 3 to 4 payments. I then got hold of funds to go pay my arrears and my contract was canceled. I went to the branch and huge amount added as a clawback product, I was advised by the consultant to bring the router back. It is still brand new. It's been a month now .. Nothing happened, I kept on asking the consultant she keeps saying no feedback and they added more money to my bills the frustration. As I am already depressed because of unemployment and facing bipolar as a mental illness. Please take off the clawback so I pay the arrears and cancel the contract.
