VERY POOR SERVICE

I am very disgusted and dissatisfied with the very poor service of Mtn !! We have been batteling for 4 months now just to cancel a contract and each time the person helping us as a new story... After we have paid every cancelation fee the contracts have still not been cancelled!! The staff clearly does not know how to.do their job since every time we call the person tells us that we have been mis informed !! We have clearly made a mistake to open up a contract and to do business with you guys !! Well this is certainly the very last time.. Mtn has just wasted our time and money !! I will not recommend Mtn to anyone!! Please train your staff so that they will know their job description and how to do their work !! And stop wasting our time and money !!

Yes we do understand that now .. but your staff member failed to mention to us that we need to phone back !! She informed us that the contracts has been cancelled and we only need to pay the termination fee !! So like I said in the future please make sure your staff members are trained to inform the clients with the correct information because now we have to sort out the mess !! Like I said will not recommend MTN to anyone the service is pathetic!!

Please foward the conversation to me where your agent informs us .. because you do have the conversation recorded !! At least the contract have been cancelled so I dont have to deal with the pathetic service of MTN !!!
