Very Poor Service

We app**** for a contract via MTN Direct with a boat load of issues. <br> Secondly, whenever a sales rep say they will come back to you with more information, they never do. We had continuously phone back to hear with the updates are. <br> Then thirdly, Not all the information was given to use when we app**** for the contact - for instance, it took us 3 days to find someone who can tell us how to RICA the new SIM. <br> <br> Customer Services is non existent. You can phone and hold on for 30min with no answer. Then when you send an email an automated response says they will get back to you within 8 days, its been 11 now.<br> <br> Please sharpen you services and update your sales consultants on the process of applying for a contract and ALL the steps involved.
