Very poor poor service

I app**** for a home uncapped wifi from mtn online and I received it on the 9th of November I have been calling mtn to activate this stupid thing and it seems like no one at mtn can activate this thing,, first they said it was because it wansnt Rica-d but even after I did they still can't activate it,, pls come and collect this thing as it is not working I dnt want it anymore
