Very poor internet after 5pm EVERYDAY!

Every day, between 5pm and 12 at night, the internet spikes to over 2000 ms, this is not good at all, when questions are asked, they just say, they will let you know, and thats it, they never come back, if they do, all they say is: do you still have the problem? I mean omg how dump must you be? I use this mtn, through afrihost wireless networking, i know its not there fault, its mtn
