Very poor customer service

Poor customer service I called in 5 times and spoke to 5 different customer service agents, to inquire about a bundle I bought for work, the work from home bundle as it confirms 7 day 1gb, for R70 I was told that this issue would be escalated and I would receive an sms I did not receive an sms, the agents were not clued up on the products offered and were cold and even said they cannot help. This is very misleading and clarity should be given, the sms confirms that 1gb would be loaded daily for 7 days I did not receive my data for today I want urgent feedback.
