Very Poor and clueless agents from MTN

To whom it may concern

Letter attached was send to me Today, I called your MTN campions and she is saying the opposite what is written on the letter.

We owed R10 000 since October, and the amount is still the same, after paying R500 from November without skipping a month.

Please come back to me as soon as possible, I am thinking of taking this to the ombudsman.

I called and I was told that I was given over to a debt collector, after paying R500 every month.

R10,208.75 I called the debt collector, i was given an amount of R12 000 The agent don't know about my payment every month i am blacklisted, i pay every month since October R500

I want to pay the settlement amount, but i am disputing the amount, is my R500 not even been deducted.
