Very Pathetic Service from Salesperson

I have encountered a very horrible service from MTN Salesperson. I have made an online application for a new sim-only data deal of R199 for 50gigs, Ref number: ***7. A Salesperson called me and asked me a few questions afterwhich she told me that I have been pre-selected for other contracts of 36months term. I told her that I do not want the 36 months but 24 months that I have app**** for online, the lady started to persuade me to take the 36 months contract despite my rejection and after I reiterated my request that I want the 24 months contract, she told me to hold and a few seconds later the call was dropped. I would like to emphasize that this is becoming a norm with MTN Salespeople to treat customers like TRASH because this is the second time this year I experience poor service from them.
