VERY OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I have been a client with MTN for the past 4 years, and never have I ever experienced such great customer service from their call center. <br> <br> I called in a few minutes before I spoke to Liezl and the lady I spoke to hung up on me. I called in a little angry but she took a call like a pro and maintained professionalism through out the call. She was also able to help me with my query and sent me something I had asked for more than 3 times before since Jan 2016. She is a great assert to her company and really deserves to be praised for her job well-done. She did all these in less than 6 minutes of the call. You can imagine it took me 3 consultants in 3 months to get help and she delivered it in 6 minutes with great service at that. Even gave me a ref for the call. First time from MTN in my 4 years.
