Very Misleading , Upsetting and frustration

On 28 December,2018 i went to upgrade my mobile contract for a new mobile which was a Samsung Note 9 512 GB. I was promised by the salesman by the name of Le Roy that he will organized my the 512 memory card which to my knowledge comes with the fone to make it 1 terebite as advertised on tv. Every day i have been calling MTN and up to now no response and my 14 days is over as per the contract conditions. If i was told that the fone comes without the card i would never have taken it as i am using the fone for business and not for pleasure. I was offered in return a wireless charger on which i refused and then a wireless headphone which i also refused. The Samsung consultant called me on Friday 4th of January to tell me that i cant get it as it was a promotion when the fone was launched but he will speak to his manager and see what they can do and will call me the next day which never happened.I have made numerous calls to MTN and it was said to me that the store manager will call me and up to now nothing happend. Why dont the salesmen be upfront with their customers when you want a fone with certain features that its no longer available as if i was told this in the first place i would never have upgraded to this fone and for a customer since the 90's when cellphones was introduced i have been a loyal customer through my company fone until it was transfer over to my name up till now. This is very misleading whether from MTN or Samsung as this is not on. I would like MTN to sort this out as i will go to the consumers protection and ask them to do something regarding this. Thanks. I was called by your store manager Mike and he was very upfront with me that i wont get the memory card. My argument still is why did the consultant not explain to me that i wont be getting the card and that he will see ehat he can do still giving me high hopes that i will get one. If i knew this at the time of signing the contract i would have left it and not renew the contract. I do feel on my side that i was given a fone that's not working to its full capaciity as advertised on tv that the fone is 1 terebite which was a first for me on getting one for myself as i run a business from my fone and do not use it on a private capacity. So yes i feel it had to be explained to me by your consultant and not giving me high hopes that i will still get one. Very unprofessional on Samsungs side to launch a fone with all these features knowing that they won't be able to supply it to the consumer and advertise it on the launch. I am still very unhappy with this deal as it did not meet my expectation. Also consultants should tell these things to the client which will then be the clients final decision should they sign up or leave it. Regards. M.R.Abarder
