very incompitent

I am very disappointed with the kind of customer service you Evaton mall branch , the manager from that branch is firstly very disrespectful and cannot speak to customers , our Wi-Fi just stopped working we went to mtn and told that the router has expired I'm not sure who's responsibility is to notify us of that , I have signed a warning at work as i work from home cause of your Wi-Fi and my brother is behind with school cause of this inconvenience , as a person that deals with customers daily you need to go back to the drawing board as this is not right
