Very impressed with the call centre
I am due for an upgrade, I called 808 and a lady who answered within a few seconds gave me the right contact number to call. I called the number and again within a few seconds a gentleman answered and assisted me in a very friendly manner. Very happy with MTN after 10 years and look forward to dealing with them in the future
