Very high Charges

I sent this report :<br> My Mtn account was blocked this month because I exceeded the limit so I called Mtn customer care but there were on strike so I waited for the invoice to see the amount only to discover that there is a charge of R6 944.42 for data calls.Total charges for July came up to R7101.43 and incl VAT R8095.63.Normally I pay R178.99 monthly.I need clarity on this matter<br> <br> MTN responded:<br> <br> Hello Vimnash ,<br> <br> Thank you for your post.<br> <br> Apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.<br> <br> Please be advised that after checking your account we can confirm that you have used more than 8GB of data, hence your bill has increased.
