VERY HIGH BILLS TWICE

I am disputing invoices E***2 and E***. My average monthly usage for the last 10 months is R299. The above invoices are billing R1560 and R3159 respectively and reflects something called '\packet switched data calls"that I do not understand. I requested a detailed data breakdown from mtn (USD ***) on numerous occasions without success. I have been to their main stores (main street) who referred me to the 808 number that is not available for a time now. Please advise as I can not afford these charges now or in future."""
