Very ****ed off client

Mtn Cosmo the Glen Shopping centre We have had the worst service since yesterday. Came in at 10 to upgrade. Was told they are collecting the phone from Clearwater by Sylvester, we must come back in an hour. Came back all of a sudden a driver was bringing it. No contact from the shop. From 1pm, till 4pm, tried phoning, they didn't answer. We drove back to the store. Sylvester said he couldn't get hold of driver, but he will deliver as soon as he comes. Today 27th, my hubby has been phoning since 12pm. He phoned 11 times before they answered. Manager Katlego will phone back. He had to phone back again, she said the driver was bringing it, lol, since yesterday My husband said, we'll be there after 4, phones better be here. Apparently Sylvester went to fetch the phones, we have been waiting here for how long again, still no Sylvester. Manager left, without even bothering to phone back Now the other 3 in the shop, can't "cancell" the contract, but I phoned another store and they said anybody can cancell. It is 17:40, and we are still waiting for nothing!!!!! What kind of service is this?????
