VERY DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE WITH MTN!!!! NO MORE

I would like to report the terrible service received from mtn customer care.

I entered into a cellphone contract in 2018 for 24 months which was due to end in August 2020. by August 2020 to my surprise my bank account was still and IS STILL being debited even after numerous calls and unanswered emails . mind you we are in may 2021!!!

Because nothing is being done, my last resort was to ask my bank to reverse the debit orders and because of such, my bank is also charging me a fee for each reversal.

why is it very easy for you guys to take people's monies and very difficult to cancel the debit orders????

I request a full refund of all monies that was taken plus my bank charges or else i will engage the service of my lawyers.
