Very dissapointed with MTN

Be very careful taking out a contract with MTN. On the 10th of December i went to MTN Collenade, to enquire why my account is so high. I have been a MTN customer since 1994. I was informed by a MR Jean that i have 3 Cellphones on my Account. I have never ordered 2 additianal numbers/phones. So I was forced to pay R603.40 to cancel the two addional numbers/celphones that i never ordered. Mr Jean informed me that the two phone/numbers were ordered verbally on my phone. I want a recording of this. According to Mr Jean, MTN could not supply me with itemised billing of this two phones/numbers. This is the reward for being a loyal MTN subscriber. I am so dissapointed and disgusted with MTN service.
