Very disgusting service

Mtn bridge City has the most unprofessional and render the worse service. I went to cancel my router after being sent from pillar to post and when I got their I was told by the gentleman who received me that they don't like doing cancellations jokingly . but I must take a after waiting for 45 Minutes then staff on the counter told me they don't do cancellation after being advised by the mtn in Midway Crossing because they system was offline to go to bridge city drive their wasted my time a diesel only to get turn away . Sandile Madlala is so unprofessional and rude he was so rude he needs better training it's not a good representative for Mtn . But I don't blame him Mtn have lying ,rude people working for them
