VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE

As a 1st time Contract holder bad experience ever from MTN. I've raised the enquiry with MTN and nobody have attended it since from the 3rd . Payment was made on the 7th with a mistake of reference number I have contacted the consultants named Buyelani,Lizalise,Limpho,Patricia, Zinhle and Nondumiso and white lady which I have forgotten her name and more they all seems not competent causes they're singing different stories yet they work in 1 company. And those that I have forwarded the proof of payment they did not even logge the complaint i had to sacrifice my work day and go to mtn store .no ticket was showing that evidenced that they did not attend to the matter Now I'm very frustrated I never wished to cancel the Contract but its seems like I'm forced to they are telling me that I have to pay a cancellation fee which that is Nonsense it's not my choice to cancel.my old parents back from home their phones are suspended they cannot receive or dail calls cause MTN people are lazy to do their Job.
