very disgusted and angry.

in April 2015 i decide to upgrade my cellphone contract and got the s5 on a anytime minutes package,i insisted the consultant assure me that I will not be getting a ridiculous bill at the end of each month due to the fact that a limit needs to be set on a anytime contract. He assured me that this would not be the case and that if i stay within the limit i would not have any problems. so at the beginning of May i get a message from my bank stating that my account has been deducted with the amount of R1125.00 from mtn, i left it thinking that it was the upgrade fee along with my second contract. this month i get deducted with R1540.59 so by this time i am really angry because i have been promised and the promise has not been delivered. So i contact mtn looking for answers and they tell me its internet charges!!!!! i mean seriously! i have made sure from my side that i dont really use the minutes and that i buy my own internet bundles, plus im on wi-fi the whole day!!?? i want answers or else i am going to take this even further, this is not what i agreed on and i want my money back or else i will go somewhere else.
