Very disappointing service

I have been trying to get a settlement letter from MTN for the past few days as when I try to contact retentions I am unable to get a hold of anyone.

I have sent multiple emails with all the information required however I get replies informing me to contact the number in which there is no answer.

The worst customer service I have ever received
