Very Disappointed with MTN – Unfair Billing After Contract Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with MTN. After canceling my contract with them, they continued to bill me despite no longer providing any services. I had reserved the funds thinking it would be settled correctly, but to my surprise, they kept charging me even though the contract had ended and I was no longer using their services.

This kind of billing practice feels dishonest and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t honor cancellations and continues to take money for services they no longer provide. I have tried to resolve the issue, but getting clear communication or a refund has proven to be difficult.

I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with MTN. Double-check everything and keep records if you choose to cancel, because they may continue billing you even after they stop offering their services.
