Very Disappointed in MTN Insurance

I received my phone back from MTN Insurance, after many hassles all to find is that they returned my phone without the SIM card tray now the repair Centre is saying there was on tray, how the hell have a been using the phone without a damn sim tray, and why wouldn’t I include it when it has the IMEI number on it. Your service this time is truly shocking and pathetic.
