Very disappointed and unhappy

It with a great sadness that I'm been taken for a fool by the company I thought is different from others,sadly in the end Mtn SA is a ********* company, they like ripping people off. They're not honest and they are self-centered.they have given me a horrible and disgusting service. What hurts the most is that they don't even have a decency to call me just to explain why, how come and a way forward. All the do is sending me stupid emails and when I reply to the emails, they then ignore what I say.
