VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's quite disappointing that your Sales department had to drop my call when wanting to cancel my order since I have been waiting for over 3 weeks without any update or call back when requested. I spoke to Sizwe and he would not know why I still don't have my order because it was approved and blames it on Rewardsco Sales department and it's not he's fault. He wanted to cancel the order and re-do the application which I advised him to rather cancel since I will go to another provider. Then spoke to Nomathemba and she advised that it was cancelled and she also does not know why since Rewardsco Sales department cancelled. Then called Rewardsco Sales department and spoke to Anesha, which she advised it was cancelled and it could be due to low stock. It's funny that no one decided to let me know that it's cancelled after requesting for call backs but MTN is too quick to call you back with processing your application and not deliver. Never recommending this network, I'm very disappointed.
