Very disappointed

I've app**** for a contract phone with them via mtn mondo, the phone was delivered on time by Mondo. The problem is that MTN is not doing their job because I specifically requested to keep my previous number simply because I don't want to have too many numbers, since I was using Vodacom, I even went as far as porting my Vodacom number to MTN so that I could receive my benefits on the number which is ***, I phoned MTN activation department and no luck, firstly I'd be transfered from one agent to another, one department to another but still I didn't get help. I even regret doing business with them because they are a useless company which is self centered, they don't value their clients at all
