Very confused now

You sent me an email confirming my account being debited for a month to month because my contracted ended , i responded with a complain that i do not want a month to month and have been asking for this on email numerous time but no one is responding, eventually you cancelled the month to month and confirmed I'm on prepaid and you have loaded R10 for me, now I'm getting a bill for the 25th May, why ?
