Very bad upgrade service
After waiting more than 2 months at an mtn store for a Sony Experia Z3 phone and never getting a answer on when stock would arrive, I was told to phone MTN direct via there facebook page.
I phoned them and was put though to the upgrades department. I was helped by the consultant and app**** for my upgrade and everything was confirmed.
I was then informed by the salesman that my phone will be derived within 2-5 working days. This was the 19th of February.
So after more than n week with no delivery I phoned MTN direct to inquire. So according to the consultant my upgrade application was not approved
due to a credit limit I requested but I was not informed of this in any sort of way.
After asking the consultant for a reason for this he said I need to speak to the original consultant with whom I arranged the upgrade but he was unable to
put me through to the person and then said he will get him to phone me back. Being very angry and frustrated at this point I requested the that the consultant phone me back within an hour so that I can get this sorted out.

It has been 2 hours and no call back.

Im going to Vodacom!
