Very bad, unfriendly, and disrespectful customer care that won't resolve query

Store 0136 Morningside JHB - Was referred to this branch by another store, as I was told this branch would be able to assist in my billing problem. After months of battling to get a resolution with the call center I went to this branch hoping they would be able to assist. So far it has been months again, no resolution, and several reference numbers. Apart from that I am absolutely shocked at how badly they treat customers, very rude, unhelpful and to be honest disrespectful. When I ask for feedback or a resolution they are not even able to tell me what will happen, they (incl. the managers) promise to follow up and provide feedback, but that never happens, and then I have to drive to the store again for a follow up. Tickets just get closed without resolution and then I have to battle again for them to open another ticket. They are just not interested in resolving my issue is my opinion. Definitely leaving MTN as soon as my contract comes to an end. The billing issue is one thing, but the way MTN treats their customers on the call center as well as in store is honestly shocking.
