Very bad services

I got notification to upgrade my contract with MTN, I went to the MTN shop in Louis Trighardt, I was assisted by Phillip, who has always assisted me in the past. Phillip from that shop, has always assisted in a very good way, thank you. This year I was instructed by MTN legal department, that I have judgments against my name. I was instructed to go to Checkers, to get a clearance letter. I got the letter with no judgments against my name. I took it back to them on Saturday, 11 September 2022, promised to have an answer by Monday morning 9am. It is now Tuesday, I phoned again in the morning, no answer as yet. I have never received such poor service for the 18 years I have had this contract
