VERY BAD SERVICES !!!!
REF : ********** MTN do not care at all.... we complaining for about 3 months now that we do not have any coverage here at our factories..... we loosing sales because the clients can not get hold of us on our cell phones. Everytime we phone they have the same excuses, and when you ask to speak to senior.... the seniors are "ALWAYS" unavailable. We need to upgrade our 4 sales business contracts with you this month.... must we go to your competition or are you going to help us ????

We are phoning this no... ********** for the last 3 months... and they keep on saying that they will let a senior phone us back and that they will report this as very urgent as well.... It is April, and nothing has been done by MNT !!!!

03 Apr 2018, 15:47As you all can see, Ishie rep**** and told me that I must phone ********** ..... the same no we are phoning for the last 3 months.... I phoned them 3 times today and when I ask to talk to a supervisor..... the supervisor is not available.... same answer I get for 2 weeks.
When I ask them when do they going to fix the problem we have they told me the same story as they told me the last 3 months.... the gave it thru to the technicians, they will phone us..... BUT NOBODY PHONES US !!!!!!
But don't worry, we have a managers meeting tomorrow, and I will make sure we will go to another service provider that we can work with.
MTN are ******* in my eyes.... we pay a lot of money every month, about R10,000.... and no one can get hold of us.... and we are cut off almost on every call we receive... and when we phone for help all you get is "We notified the technicians"
You are a real shame for a company so big..... maybe you don't need us as customers !!!!
