VERY BAD SERVICE WTHOUT FOLLOW UP OR FEEDBCK!

MTN in General is taking me for a ride and still debiting the premiums I handed my phone to Charlie at Maponya Mall MTN for technical issue, even today I’m still waiting for his feedback.Everytime i go there they are waiting for feedback from their so-called head office for the past. :-( I’m tired of up and downs and not getting any resolution to the matter. I wonder if they will refund my data transport money and my time. I can’t take it anymore I’ll be going for the 14th time this Sunday; they better lock me inside no one will knock off till I get my phone back. I’m looking forward for my Drama to go viral I can’t take it anymore. I’ll be sleeping inside the shop till I get my phone back.
