VERY BAD SERVICE with MTN CONTRACT

I am very disappointed with MTN, I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I made payment on Tuesday, today is Saturday, the payment is not allocated, the line is blocked. I cannot make outgoing calls. I've called the call center several times, they make you hold for30min but still I'm not assisted. I am leaving MTN, I'm tired of their poor service!
