Very Bad Service & *********

I am currently receiving the worst service ever from MTN especially on my personal account. I have 2 devices on it, the latest one they made a mistake on the product I signed for and wanted to charge me for it. After 3 months they call me to make payment arrangements, I agreed to it and they sent me confirmation and also confirmed to open the lines/services on the devices. They are still suspended and I am still receiving notices that my account is in arear. Before the payment arrangement, I have already was paying R1000 each month for 3 months now. MTN are a bunch or ******.
