Very bad service that ruined my credit score

Been waiting on the line for someone to pick up the phone. Was on the line for more than an hour. Had to give up and now opted to report this. This is second day this has been happening. MTN listed me on ITC for a deduction that didn’t take place last year February. I need a letter explaining that the debit is paid. 1 month of not paying and i’m on ICT. I’m going to cancel this contract as soon as it expires i don’t want anything to do with MTN
