Very Bad Service Received from MTN

Very Poor Service received from MTN

This morning I called MTN requesting for a statement I have never received since inception of the contract in December 2020. I spoke to a consultant who was so very *********** for an hour. I asked him to put through his team leader and I was put on hold for half an hour whereafter MTN decided to hang up my call. This is very poor service at best ushered and served by MTN to its customers. The team leader who was also busy with the other customer and could not take my call is Ndumiso Zikalala. Customer service at MTN is bad.
