VERY BAD SERVICE ON MY UPGRADE

I have done an upgrade on the 01/10/2020 and made a follow up on the 12th of October and sent an email to Nokuthula Swazi Sithebe on the 16th October 2020 and until today i haven't received any feedback - ref ***7
