Very Bad service MTN

I purchased a WIFI - on the 16 thAugust - to date - I have not received any communication from MTN not even a sms - It is such a nightmare to get hold of them and to track where my parcel is - I have sent them numerous e mails and no response - but they will call u up a hundred times to take the order - but once it is purchased they dissappear
