VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MTN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT

In July 2024 ***** took place on my account which MTN allowed without any approval from my side. MTN did credits but not in full. Now they keep on saying that I am in arrears. MANY emails later and the problem is still not resolved. My latest query number is REQ***.
