VERY BAD SERVICE from MTN and DSV in Bloemfontein

MTN together with it's courier company are taking me for a ride, I've been waiting for my phone since last week Wednesday (18 March 2020), they are giving me excuses everyday that they tried calling me but there was no answer, i gave them 2 alt numbers but they are interested in calling me on those numbers.

I called MTN to cancel this upgrade and they are still giving me a run around.

DSV in Bloemfontein and being rude when i call to track my parcel
