Very bad service from MTN

False advertizing

They advertised a laptop deal for R399. After returning to the Richardsbay Branch numerous times I got told they dont have the pricing code on that laptop. The Manager at Richardsbay branch was also not helpfull at all. Just got told by mtn online that that laptop was priced wrong and cant be given at that price. The Manager at Richardsbay branch was not honest about this to me. I have been a mtn client for more than 10 years, but will definitely move all my contracts with my next upgrade. Service is -1000 out of 10 . And I wont recomend them to anybody. I really hope MTN top management sees this. Please note the rating of -1000 out of 10.
