Very bad service from approval department

The staff at MTN Kathu is excellent and really try their best to assist but although I'm a customer of MTN for many year it is always a problem to upgrade @ the approval department and now even more. They ceep letting you know to upgrade and when you do it take almost a week to upgrade. It is very difficult because I have to travel from another town to get to MTN
