Very bad service

I recently app**** for a cellphone contract from them the lady took al my info said i was approved gave her my banking details and she said someone wil call me to confirm the contract and that they will provide me with delivery details.

But no response i even keep phoning the contracts department but nobody answers this is the first time im getting this bad services from them and are thinking about getting a contract somewhere else
