Very Bad Service (Customer Care)

It is extremely difficult to get in contact with MTN Customer Care 083 135 using another number. Their whatsapp chat have no option to speak to someone directly. Tried calling using 083 135 after i bought 200GB and my account (SIM on router) was never credited. I have emailed them, sent Facebook message with problem and still no response. Very Bad Service (Customer Care).
