VERY BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed in Mtn for not taking *****ulent activities seriously. I went got hack on Monday the 19/02/2024 but still to this day I still don't have access to my cell phone number. I guess MTN policies are different because I phoned MTN call centre for 20 times but every agent has given me a different solution, what made it worse is that I even went to their stores but I still couldn't get help at MTN Sandton City and MTN Clearwater mall. Mind you, this number is linked to all my banking Apps. I was told to switch of my phone for 24 hours and my line will be back but it's now almost 36 hours still no network, I was also told to do the sim swap and their services is useless and bad. I am done with MTN🗑🚽
